Jennifer Larcombe – Partner

Jen has an unrivalled enthusiasm to help her clients meet and exceed their goals. She uses real-time numbers to gauge business success, and helps her clients to gain financial control. Jen’s the person to call if you’re having a cashflow crisis or need to know how to improve your profits. She used to enjoy getting up early to go distance running but for now her mornings are happily spent with her two toddler boys.
Kai Maiteng – Manager
CA, BBus(Acc/Fin)
Kai is a super-organised and highly valued member of our tax team. She specialises in individual tax returns, company, trust and partnership matters. Kai’s the person to go to if you need help with accounting software, rental property advice, and finding out exactly what you can claim. Outside the office Kai enjoys getting outside and exploring Canberra with her husband and young son.
Todd Smith – Partner
BBus(Acc/Fin)
Todd is a problem-solver; his clients can hand him any business issue and he’ll get it sorted. He also helps clients with forward-planning so problems are prevented before they start. Todd is an app and accounting software specialist, so he’ll find a tech solution that works for your business. He’s also a keen baker, so if you ask nicely for his sourdough recipe he might share it with you.
Ronnel Baldago – Accountant
Clients often comment how much they value Ronnel, as he manages their bookwork, BAS lodgements, payroll and reporting. He’s an efficient and experienced bookkeeper who removes hassles from busy business owners. He works closely with our tax accounting team to ensure everything is correct and up to date, and is always ready to help.
George Collie – Principal Advisor, Panorama Wealth

George is the principal adviser at Panorama Wealth and works closely with the team at Panorama Accounting & Advisory. George guides his clients through the important steps of setting and achieving their financial and lifestyle goals. Outside of work he can be found playing basketball or water polo for local clubs, or participating in the occasional ocean swim.
Jeane Almodal – Accountant
Jeane, or JC, is one of our exceptional tax specialists. He prepares financial statements and tax returns for a range of businesses and individuals, and his eye for detail ensures he doesn’t miss a thing. When he’s not poring over tax returns, JC spends his time playing scrabble and watching anime.

Ryan Riethmuller – Partner

Ryan’s expertise as a business adviser is second-to-none. He has a rare talent of being able to deliver sharp tax strategies as well as whole-of-business consulting advice. For many years, Ryan’s clients have valued his ability to genuinely understand their business, and implement strategies that get results. Ryan and his wife are national line dancing champions and they enjoy watching their young children follow in their footsteps, literally.
Arron Taylor – Partner

Arron provides his clients with no-nonsense tax and business advice. He understands that business owners want clear advice in simple language, and he delivers what they need with the minimum of fuss. Specialising in small business, Arron can fix issues and help clients to grow. Outside the office he’s a keen cyclist.
Melanie Pearce – Manager
BBus(Acc)
Mel is our SMSF specialist and is the expert on all things super. She ensures that our client’s funds are processed quickly and efficiently. She stays up to date with all the legislative changes so her clients have the confidence that their fund is compliant and in the best hands. If you have any superannuation questions be sure to get in touch with Mel. In her spare time (she has three kids, so what’s that?) Mel enjoys camping in the great outdoors.
Jennilyn Undecimo – Accountant
Jenni is one of our highly proficient and talented tax professionals. She specialises in small business and individual tax, so whether you work from home, run a small business or own rental properties, she makes sure nothing is missed. Jenni’s friendly and approachable personality are the reason that our clients and team love working with her. She describes herself as a homebody who also enjoys travelling to new and exciting places.
Jessie Riethmuller – Administration
There’s nothing Jess doesn’t know about ASIC and the ATO. Jess has been providing clients with corporate secretarial services for many years and can always be relied on to get paperwork under control. Jess always provides our team with reliable admin support and makes sure all of our internal systems and procedures are functioning perfectly.
Catherine Healey – Accountant
Catherine is a fresh face to the area relocating from Victoria to Tumut in 2019. Growing up in Bendigo she has completed both her Bachelor of Accounting and CPA. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as sewing and photography. If you want a review on any of the local Café’s, Catherine’s your lady!
Desiree Piper – Reception
Desiree is our Receptionist and welcoming party in our Tumut Office. Desiree plays an important role in the operation of the firm, managing client enquiries and requests efficiently, while maintaining her caring and positive nature. Desiree was born in Tumut. She loves the beauty of the area and feels very fortunate to be raising her three children here.
